Careers in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) make up one of the fastest growing job sectors.[1] Only 25% of the STEM workforce is comprised of women, according to the U.S. Department of Commerce,[2] and evidence shows many girls lose interest in STEM-related professions as they get older.[3]
